The firm was born out of the client-side experience. The founders realized that a critical aspect of a consulting firm was meeting needs of clients and that was generally lacked in many firms. Our goal is to leverage our learned expertise from previous roles and best practices from our diverse client base to bring the client optimal deliverable. Additionally, we want our clients to be satisfied with the work presented to them and feel great about working with us. I have lived in New Jersey my entire life and my upbringing consisted of middle working-class parents who emigrated to the United States from Italy. My parents instilled the value of a strong work ethic and pursuing excellence in what I do in me. I began my career by delivering papers, holding various other positions in the Pharmaceutical Industry, and co-founding LCN Consulting. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Seton Hall University and immediately upon graduation, I began my journey in sales with Marion Labs promoting cardiovascular, allergy, and gastrointestinal products to physicians and hospitals. My career path continued and brought me into market research and business intelligence with Aventis Pharma, where I supported the success of the metabolism franchise. The calling to learn the global role then lead me to the market research/business intelligence responsibilities with Schering-Plough. What I have learned in my journey helped bring me to co-founding LCN Consulting in 2006. For over a decade, LCN Consulting has brought results to our clients for competitive advantage and we continue to grow.

I was raised in a close-knit Italian household in Fairview, NJ. The relationships with my family and those I grew up with were critical in creating the values that make up who I am today. The fundamental elements; Loyalty, effort, honesty, and fairness, were modeled by my parents and form the core of my drive to succeed. My professional career starting in counseling and therapeutic services while I was completing a Master’s Degree in Psychology at Montclair State University. In 1997, my pharmaceutical career began as a sales professional with Hoechst Marion Roussel. My psychology and analytical background led me to the discipline of business intelligence. Spending time on the industry side with Johnson & Johnson and on the vendor side, provides a unique insight into results required to make a difference. This path led to a desire to form a business intelligence consultancy that was separated from the pack on key elements. Now, over a decade after co-founding LCN Consulting, we are fulfilling this vision with our clients.
